2024 Pricing
Beginning September 1, 2024, full refunds will no longer be available if you cancel your registration. In-Person Registrations will still be able to be converted to Virtual Registrations, with appropriate refunds issued. There will be no refunds for any Virtual Registrations. Beginning September 4th, there will be no refunds for any registration types.

*To be considered a Student Attendee at the event, people need to be active graduate students or to have completed their degree within one year of the conference date. If fellows/post-docs fall into that timeframe for degree completion, then they can register at the Student Attendee rate.

The Abstract Submissions System will open on March 1st. Abstract (Oral and Posters) Submissions are due by 11:59pm EST on May 1, 2024. (This is also the deadline to be considered for Student Registration Awards.) The Scientific Committee will review abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by May 31st.
Late-Breaking Abstracts (Posters Only) Submissions will open on June 1st. Late-breaking submissions are due by 11:59pm EST on July 1, 2024. No submissions will be accepted after that date. The Scientific Committee will review Late-Breaking abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by July 15, 2024.

The Future of Therapeutic Ultrasound Poster Session
We are excited for the third annual session of the Future of Therapeutic Ultrasound! This poster session will provide a great opportunity for academic and industry recruiters to speak directly with current graduate students and postdoctoral researchers who are actively seeking positions.
This session is open to any early career scientists or senior graduate students who are expected to be on the job market within the next 2 years. Separate tracks will be available for individuals pursuing academic and industry career opportunities.
