The Annual Symposium will be held at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, right in the heart of Banff, from June 21 - 24, 2025. The meeting will bring together nearly 500 attendees worldwide.

Beginning June 1, 2025, full refunds will no longer be available if you cancel your registration. In-Person Registrations will still be able to be converted to Virtual Registrations, with appropriate refunds issued. There will be no refunds for any Virtual Registrations. Beginning June 9th, there will be no refunds for any registration types.

Abstract (Oral and Posters) Submissions Now Open!
The Abstract (Oral and Posters) Submissions System will opened December 16th. Submissions are due by February 17, 2025. This is also the deadline to be considered for Student Registration Awards. The system will close at 11:59pm EST on February 17, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after that date. The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by March 17, 2025. Student Registration Award Winners will also be notified by email by that date.
The Late-Breaking Abstracts (Posters Only) Submissions System will open on March 18, 2025. Late-breaking submissions will close at 11:59pm EST on April 14, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after that date. The Scientific Committee will review Late-Breaking abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by April 28, 2025.

The Future of Therapeutic Ultrasound Poster Session
We are excited for the fourth annual session of the Future of Therapeutic Ultrasound! This poster session will provide a great opportunity for academic and industry recruiters to speak directly with current graduate students and postdoctoral researchers who are actively seeking positions.
This session is open to any early career scientists or senior graduate students who are expected to be on the job market within the next 2 years. Separate tracks will be available for individuals pursuing academic and industry career opportunities.
