About the Venue and the Hotel
We will be hosting the educational symposium at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, a beautiful and convenient campus right in the heart of Banff, surrounded by the mountains. The entire conference will happen here, and the attached hotel is reserved just for our conference attendees for easy and convenient walking access.
We're encouraging all attendees to take advantage of the beautiful hotel rooms and convenient option of staying onsite at the Banff Centre. All rooms are located in either the Professional Development Center (PDC) or in Lloyd Hall, and both buildings are less than a five minute walk to the main conference center.

All the rooms in Lloyd Hall and PDC have Queen beds. Lloyd Hall is more modern, while the PDC has a more traditional feel. PDC has a 24 hour manned reception and nearby outdoor carpark. Lloyd Hall guests must register at the PDC front desk. A covered parkade provide the closest parking for Lloyd Hall.
